Broadcast Internationl Delivers HDTV at 3 Mbps

Broadcast International says that video encoders built on its CodecSys Video Compression Software and multi-core processors with change the video world. BI says that it can deliver HDTV broadcasts on 90% of PCs and 300 million mobile devices at 3 Mbps or less.
