Stage 6 will shut down on Feb 28th 2008

It seems Stage6 will be shut down on Feb 28th 2008. According to the blog post by a DivX employee, it is simply a matter of the site becoming too expensive to maintain. I'm deeply saddened by this: some channels alone have so many documentaries that they've become veritable historical archives.
