Comcast Reportedly Compressing Some HD Content

Comcast's policy has been to pass through High Definition content to its customers unaltered. A customer reports that Comcast has begun compressing some HD content, lowering the bit rate and diminishing the video quality, ostensibly to make room for more HD channels.
