This DVD will self-destruct in 48 hours

Good Lord, this idea is coming back around? First it was Divx then Flexplay...Disney got hammered on this before, why are they bringing this up again?A German company has introduced a disposable DVD that can be viewed for 48 hours, then thrown away.
